Over the past few years, we’ve cultivated quite an impressive collection of Fable pieces. At this point, we have items from almost every category: dish-ware, serve-ware, home decor, fable mugs, and now the Fable glassware.
As someone who deeply appreciates a simple design aesthetic, I’ve found these pieces to be the perfect balance of function, high quality, and beautiful.
In this post, I’m going to share my honest opinion of the Fable glassware. Make sure you don’t miss the discount code at the bottom if you decide to shop!

My Thoughts On Fable As A Brand
I recently added the Fable Glassware Set to my collection, after eyeing it online since it first came on the market. My Fable collection was already going strong and so far, I haven’t been disappointed in any of the pieces I own (you can read more about the other pieces I have here).
I first fell in love with Fable when I tried out their pasta bowls and from there, I knew I wanted to slowly collect everything they put out. When they first announced they were going to be creating glassware, I could not wait to get my hands on it.
In case you aren’t familiar with Fable, they’re a Canadian brand based out of British Columbia and they create stunning handcrafted kitchen essentials (and a handful of small home decor as well).
Their vision is “to create products that are as enjoyable as they are ethical” and they truly do live up to that. Every piece I’ve collected feels like a little piece of art. BUT the thing I really love is that they aren’t precious. They’re hearty and solid materials and they look stunning on a styled or simple table-scape (you can see how I styled the Fable dishware for the holidays here in this post).
I’ve also found Fable to have incredible customer service. I’ve convinced my entire family to add Fable pieces to their own homes and in one instance, a mug chipped after some use and Fable sent a replacement with no issues whatsoever.

Now onto my full review of the Fable glassware!
Review of Fable Glassware
Now to get the main point of the post – the Fable glasses. Their glassware is made with a beautiful, delicate (yet shatter-resistent?!) glass that truly makes a glass of water shine. A friend of mine dropped her cup from counter height and it just bounced and did not shatter! It honestly blew my mind.
Here are some of the reasons I love the Fable glassware:
- It’s a thin, Japanese soda-lime glassware that is treated with a special technique to give it a near shatter-resistant strength.
- The glassware is dishwasher safe.
- They’re perfect for a simple cup of water, a fancy cocktail, an iced coffee, or even wine. So versatile!
- The brand is sustainable and ethical
All in all, I would give my Fable glassware a 10/10 in function, quality, and beautiful design.
Pictured above are the Fable wine glasses and again, the quality of the craftsmanship is second to none. I absolutely adore a thin-stemmed wine glass; however, our household is made up of some clumsy humans so durability is important. My Fable wine glasses review is that both boxes of quality and beauty are ticked.
If you’ve ever wondered “are fable glasses worth it?”, the answer is 100% yes. You won’t be disappointed if you add any Fable pieces to your kitchen.
