I’ve always been a tuna lover. There’s something that feels incredibly nostalgic about a tuna sandwich (anyone else feel this??). Lately, I’ve been craving fresh veggies and “cold” lunches as the weather warms up so thought I’d share the love with you and share this healthy tuna salad recipe I’ve perfected over the last couple of weeks!
And in case you’re looking for other healthy recipes that also taste amazing, I wanted to also share this delicious blueberry spinach smoothie that I’ve been making on repeat!
Okay, on to the recipe!
