Writing a feel-good list is something I’ve tried to implement the last few years. When I find myself entering into a bit of a funk, it’s helpful to be able to pull out the list and have a whole bunch of ideas that I know will help to lift my mood.
I asked this community to share what would be on their feel-good list over on Instagram and there were so many great responses that I had to compile them all into a post. If you’re struggling to come up with ideas, feel free to visit this list and pick a few things that feel like a good fit. I’d also encourage you to write out your own list, it’s a helpful practice and one that you’ll appreciate having down the road!
