Sugar & Spice Baked Pecans Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 cups pecans
- 2/3 cup lightly packed brown sugar
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 egg white
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 300 and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix brown sugar, paprika, cinnamon & salt in a small bowl.
- Add the egg white to large bowl and whisk until frothy.
- Fold the pecans into the bowl with egg whites until completely coated.
- Sprinkle the spice mixture over the nuts and toss to coat.
- Transfer the pecans to the prepared baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes, until browned.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
