Knitwear has always been and will always be my favourite article of clothing. With my love of all things cozy, they’re the perfect thing to throw on and go for the day. The right knitwear requires minimal effort to look put together – you can wear it with jeans, over a dress, paired with a skirt or even with leggings.
I recently ordered a handful of new pieces to round out my collection for the colder months and feel like I have a rotation that I truly love. In this post, I’ll share the ones I’ve recently added to my closet and know you would love too. Then I’ll also share a few more pieces that I’m eyeing.
First things first, the one that I’m wearing in the photo above is this one that comes in a bunch of different colours and I think is my favourite of all the ones I ordered. There’s just something about a knit with a high neck, a thick weave and balloon sleeves. Feels very winter-cabin-in-the-woods.
I also ordered this one and this one and love both! I wanted a few darker options since most of my collection is on the lighter side; however, neutrals still have my heart when it comes to a wardrobe so I went with earthy tones (blacks/browns/greys).
With a handful of colder months ahead of us, the theme around here is going to be comfort and warmth. As someone who loves to elevate the everyday details, that comfort/warmth theme will spill over into all areas of my life – closet choices, the music that is playing (winter playlist coming soon!), warm drinks in hand (this healthy peppermint mocha recipe on repeat!), and building into my days all those things that fill me up. I hope you find ways to do the same!
