I’m particularly excited about this gift guide because I love to chat about ways we can set ourselves up to feel and perform our best. I wasn’t sure exactly what to call this guide because it’s a mix of wellness and productivity gifts but “gifts that motivate” felt like a category that somewhat bridged those two areas.
Personally, I find it easier to make positive choices and changes when I have the right “equipment” or even items that make me excited to pull them out. Maybe it’s just me but I’m much more likely to use something if I like the branding or the overall “feel” of it. If there’s someone on your list who is expressing a desire to implement positive wellness routines (movement, hydration, nutrition) or new habits (work productivity, sustainable swaps, daily practices), these gifts that motivate are for them!
Don’t forget to check out the other gift guides that I’ve put together! Gifts for the home decor lover, gifts for the guys, gifts that comfort, gifts for the beauty lover, and gifts for the cook!
